Our ancient grain 16% protein, high fibre Wholemeal Spelt has been stoneground from home grown organic Spelt wheat grains and has a sweet and nutty flavour adding an extra depth to your baking and is perfect for making bread rolls, muffins, pancakes and waffles. Full of nutritious goodness it is an excellent source of both fibre and protein and contains natural vitamins B1, B6 and E and rich in minerals – thought to help reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes as well as stroke, heart attack and some cancers.

Some people with only a mild wheat intolerance may be able to consume spelt flour products without adverse reactions.
