This traditional stoneground Plain White flour has been water milled from UK grown Barrel grains yielding a soft 10.5% protein flour. Perfect for cakes, pancakes, pastry and biscuits with a superior flavour to other mass produced plain flours.

To make self-raising flour add 1 tsp baking powder to every 110g plain flour.
